Revision Surgery
Judging a revision is not the same as judging a first surgery.
A revision starts with what is left: how much donor area remains, which direction the existing grafts are growing, and where the scars are. Donor supply is finite, so it has to be prioritised.
Too little density, a design that needs changing, and a scar that needs covering are three different problems. We start from what you want changed, then say what is possible.
If you are unhappy with a recent result, waiting is sometimes the better call — grafted hair takes time to settle.
